Hubert Rostaing (17 September 1918 – 10 June 1990) was a jazz clarinetist and tenor saxophonist, best known for playing clarinet or saxophone in Django Reinhardt's quintet. He was orchestrator, conductor, or arranger for over 20 French films.
Reissue of Django Sessions on Dial in 1947. Apparently, there were no original master tapes on Period, the tracks was recorded as from a household tape recorder, the original Dial tracks look much better. You can only imagine how cool Moppin’ the Bride sounded originally.
